The Japanese coast guard has released video showing the rescue of British adventurer Sarah Outen.br br She was rescued in high seas while attempting a record-breaking, 4,500 nautical mile solo row across the Pacific Ocean.br br She became stranded when she encountered a tropical storm, which crippled her boat, nicknamed "Gulliver".br br Since she left her home country on April 1, 2011, Outen has travelled 11,000 miles across Europe, Central Asia, China, Russia and Japan in a bid to circumnavigate the globebr br solely under human power - by bicycle, kayak and rowboat.br br The 26-year-old holds the Guinness World Record for her solo row across the Indian Ocean in 2009.br br Her 21-foot rowboat has been abandoned at sea, according to Japan's coast guard.
