Last year in Niger, more than 12 of children under five suffered from acute malnutrition- one of the highest rates in the world. Due to a succession of food crises, the condition of those living in rural areas is getting worse. A local NGO is now trying to combat this scourge, even in some of the country’s most remote corners.
