A single vehicle accident around 10 am this morning , sent one woman to hospital after going off Elmwood drive and striking a pole . Moncton Fire Dept. & NB Ambulance had just left the accident scene from around the 2000 Elmwood Drive area in Irishtown , just past Royal Oaks. 2 Codiac RCMP were at the accident scene , while the tow truck dealt with the SUV in the ditch. Road conditions were dry at the time of the accident.
