This 2 minute video clip gives you a basic idea on how to train a horse to come toward a mounting block and line up so you can mount and dismount. One thing I didn't mention in the video is that horses are pattern animals so if you work on this every time you go to mount and dismount it won't take long before your horse knows the pattern.
