This movie event first appeared on the "Top Hat And Buttered Popcorn" program that aired bi-monthly on the Fairfax County (VA) cable television station, Channel 10. This program was hosted by John Savers. Originally, it was produced as a normal, standard video. During the downloading from an editing application to a file, a hacking gang was able to posterized the video without my knowlege. I believe the motivation is hate crime in nature and meant to discourage and stifle. However, the video look, while not normal, did not prove fatal. Some may like it.
