In this adventure at Sparkling Hill resort just outside of Vernon, BC, in Canada I was invited to experience "extreme" cold while in a bathing suit. -166F degrees will wake you up no matter how tired you are. The claims are quite extraordinary so I went in with my skeptical eyes (and warm body) to see for myself. Although a minimum of 10, three minute treatments is suggested for any serious treatment protocol for such things as psoriasis, arthritis or even MS I will say that I did indeed feel a very odd body sensation about 1 hour later, well after I had warmed up.
