The head of the 2014 Winter Olympics, which takes place in the Russian city of Sochi, says he hopes to reproduce the exuberant atmosphere of the London Olympics. Dmitry Chernyshenko also played down concerns over security surrounding the event, and also promised that all the venues had 'solid' legacy plans.
