At least three people are dead, including the shooter -- after he opened fire Monday near Texas A&M University.br br A police officer and a civilan were also killed.br br On a police scanner, a dispatcher told officers, "We have two officers down that we know of and one female that's been shot in her vehicle."br br The shooting came from inside a College Station, Texas home about two blocks from the campus.
