President Barack Obama has opened the door for hundreds of thousands of undocumented young immigrants in the USA the opportunity to get a work permit or enter higher education.br br Young people can now apply for a two year deferral from rules governing undocumented immigrants, which is a step short of the immigration reform measures which would have provided them a path to citizenship. br br Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds reports from Los Angeles.
