An image of a woman who appears to have been beaten and forced to have an abortion is causing outrage on br the internet in China.br br Feng Jiamei was allegedly targeted for being unable to pay a fine for having more than one child. br br Local authorities say Feng agreed to the abortion. br br Al Jazeera's Steve Chao reports from Hong Kong.
