Bombs Away: Nuke cuts treaty consigns Cold War to history

A key nuclear reduction treaty between Russia and the U.S. has been fully approved by Moscow. President Dmitry Medvedev signed the START ratification document on Friday - the last step in a lengthy process involving both sides. The agreement could come into force next month after an exchange is made between Russia's Foreign Minister and the U.S. Secretary of State. RT's Egor Piskunov reports.
