EDIT CONTAINS 4:3 MATERIALbr br A remotely controlled car bomb in southeastern Turkey killed at least eight people and injured dozens others Monday night.br br The bomb destroyed a bus, a government shuttle vehicle, and two passing cars.br br Demonstrators gathered outside a hospital where victims were being treated.br br Although no one has claimed responsibility, a Turkish politician blamed the attack on the Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK-- a separatist group who have been fighting an insurgency in the region for the past 28 years.br br The explosion is also likely to strain already tense relations between Turkey and Syria.br br Turkish officials have accused Syria of supporting the PKK and say they believe Syria is supplying them with arms.
