The UN Human Rights Council in Geneva has agreed to "urgently" launch an international commission of inquiry to investigate abuses in Syria.br br Thirty-three countries voted in favour of the move, including all the Arab countries on the council, whie four others - including Russia and China - voted against.br br Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from Geneva on the growing international condemnation of the Syrian government.
