An off-duty bus driver has killed nine people after going on a driving rampage through the city of Pune, southeast of Mumbai.br br Police chased the run-away bus through the city for an hour, until it slammed into another bus and people wrestled the controls from the driver.br br Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston reports.
