Liability Co.,” or “Limited Liability Co.”br Search to see if the name of your business is available by searching the Arizona Corporations Databasebr br 2 Get Articles of Organization. - In order to apply for your Limited Liability Company, you will need to completely fill out an Arizona Articles of Organization.br br 3 File Articles of Organization. - You will need to submit your Articles of Organization to the following mailing address along with $50 (Add an extra $35 for Expedited Processing) made out to the Arizona Secretary of State.br Arizona Corporation Commission Corporate Filings Section 1300 W. Washington St., Phoenix, Arizona 85007br br 4 Make Publication. - After receiving your Arizona LLC in the mail, you will have to submit publication in the newspaper of your new business.
