We don't know if this unit is defective, but it does seem to work. When i turn it on, the LCD display shows "PLEASE WAIT" forever and nothing else happens. buttons do nothing. this unit appears to be a return. Also, the rubber sealing some pins on the motherboard from the battery chamber was not installed properly.
