Dozens of Syrian demonstrators organized a sit-in on Friday in front of the US embassy, that has been closed for months, to protest against an anti-Islam movie. The low-budget film, which has sparked fury across the Muslim world, mocks the Prophet Mohammed and portrays Muslims as immoral and gratuitously violent.
