Bolivia's new mining policy ignites turf war

A growing conflict between rival mining groups has started to take on national significance in Bolivia. Private and public sector miners have been fighting for the right to control part of a recently nationalised mine. Independent tin miners have set up a blockade to pressure the government to deal not just with the conflict, but also other demands across Bolivia. Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from Potosi, Bolivia.
