ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)br br STORY: Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz unleashed the 'Femme Fatale' at his 2013 springsummer collection in Paris with slender cuts, sensual slits and show-stopping silhouettes.br br The spotlight shone on a dark set as the show started with a model wearing a black suit ensemble.br br Colors were subtle as models wearing gold, teal, prune outfits strutted down the runway.br br Blacks and nudes were contrast with an occasional shock of a large gold belt or a metal necklace.br br But the show was not only strong lines and square-shouldered blazers, the touch of femininity came with ruffled nude and sleek cocktail dresses.br br Founded in 1889, Lanvin returned to profitability in 2007 after decades of losses, helped by Elbaz who consistently gets effusive praise from the fashion media.br br Lanvin is controlled by the Taiwanese media magnate Shaw-Lan Wang.
