As conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo continues, some are calling for a change to the mandate of MONUSCO, the UN organisation charged with encouraging peace in the troubled country. Recent clashes between the army and rebels, have left almost half a million people displaced and many angry that it is civilians who are paying the price.
