Day 2: P90X2 - Plyocide

Today was Day 2 of my P90X2 vs CrossFit hybrid. Plyocide is a combination of explosive movements, mind and body coordination and endurance. Unfortunately much of the video I shot got deleted, so this is a short n' sweet version. I did this workout in the afternoon, after an AM WOD of: Run 800M then; 10,9,8,7...Pull Ups & SDHP (55lbs); ending w 800M (CrossFit Interbay). Tomorrow is Recovery & Mobility.
