Landmark peace talks between FARC rebels and the Colombian government are set to get underway in Oslo this Thursday, after a one-day delay due to transport problems experienced by FARC negotiators. The talks are the fourth attempt to end Latin America's longest-running guerrilla conflict through dialogue, after the last negotiations collapsed a decade ago.
