The problem is that every year there is death and killing and terrorism."br br Although violence in Iraq subsided since its peak in 2006-2007, sectarian attacks have been on the rise after U.S. troops pulled out last December.br br In September alone militants killed 365 people, making it the deadliest month in two years.
