Two men arrested by police in Northern Ireland in connection with the murder of a prison officer have been released without charge. 52-year-old David Black was shot last Thursday as he drove to work.br br It was the first killing of a prison officer in Northern Ireland for almost 20 years. A third man is still in custody.
