Cleopatra VII (68 BC – 30 BC) is the last queen of the Ptolemy dynasty. In 47 BC, with support of Gaius Julius Caesar, she became a ruler of Egypt. She gave birth to Caesarion, a son of Caesar. In 44 BC, after Caesar's assassination, she charmed Marc Antony by her beauty and used her unlimited influence over him in politics for a long time. After Marc Antony's defeat, Cleopatra committed suicide having put a poisonous snake on her chest.
