In order to get the Mission Impossible trophy/achievement in Dead Space 2, you have to complete the game on Zealot Difficulty. Since you have to play through on Hardcore without the Save Game+ feature, we did that first and unlocked the Hand Cannon and used a Save Game+ to perform a speed run through Zealot using the Hand Cannon. It worked beautifully as you will see.
