A massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has cost BP the largest criminal fine in US history. br  br It has agreed to pay $4.5bn to the US Justice Department and three BP executives face criminal charges for neglect and covering up evidence. br  br Al Jazeera's John Terrett reports from Washington.
