Russian special police forces have detained dozens of football fans who turned a commemoration into riots in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Thousands have gathered in the two cities to mark the death of a fan of the football team Spartak Moscow killed in a brawl on Monday. RT's Katerina Azarova reports.
