Moscow's new mayor has been sworn in, in an inauguration ceremony. The city's lawmakers voted to approve the appointment of Sergey Sobyanin - a candidate chosen by President Medvedev. The capital's new man in charge has been described as a skillful manager who can tackle the tough issues Moscow faces. RT's Alice Hibbert reports.
