Super Dip - A Recipe By Annuradha Toshniwal (Vegetarian)

Super Dip br (Serves 4) - br Ingredients - br 1 Cup Paneer - Cubed br 1 Cup Cream A Cup Fresh Yogurt - hung to drain out water br 2 tbsp. Olive oil br 2 tbsp. White vinegar br 2 tbsp. Parsley - chopped br 1-2 tsp Garlic paste br 1tsp Black pepper - coarsely ground br Salt - to taste. br br Method - Liquidize everything till smooth. Refrigerate. Serve as a dip. OR After liquidizing, pour into a sieve lined with a muslin cloth. Refrigerate until completely drained. Unmould. Serve as cream cheese.
