In most cases the local advisor will point out the jurisdiction's particularities. However, in an international transaction the lead lawyer's understanding for the main issues is crucial. During this program lawyers from different jurisdictions and continents will compare their corporate checklists and discuss what they usually check and why they do so. They will also point out special pitfalls in their jurisdictions. Further, the session takes advantage of the presence of dozens of experienced M&A lawyers in the audience who are invited to participate actively and to add their checking points.br br Sponsoring Committees:br International M&A Joint Venture Committee, International Corporate Counsel Forumbr br Co-Sponsor:br ABA Young Lawyers Divisionbr br Program Chair:br ANDERS FORKMANbr Vinge KBbr Malmö, Swedenbr br Program Chair & Moderator:br FLORIAN S.
