As Newtown grieves, worshippers headed to Sunday services - to mourn the victims of the horrific school shooting in Connecticut.br br People openly cried at makeshift memorials - outside St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church - and near Sandy Hook Elementary School.br br SOUNDBITE: AL CAWTHRA, NEWTOWN RESIDENTbr br "This is horrible. Little kids. They don't know the meaning of danger. They don't know the meaning of the word 'bad.'"br br After murdering his mother, 20-year-old Adam Lanza shot his way into the school. Using primarily a powerful rifle, he killed 20 children and six adults - before killing himself.br br Speaking to reporters, Connecticut State Police Lieutenant Paul Vance said officials were using all available resources in the investigation.br br SOUNDBITE: Connecticut State Police Lieutenant Paul Vancebr br "We have recovered some evidence. It is being analyzed and being processed, the weaponry involved, we are tracing them historically back all the way from when they were at on the workbench being assembled."br br Later Sunday, President Barack Obama will travel to Newtown - to meet with victims' families and attend a vigil.
