The Venezuelan people may have fulfilled the dying wish of late President Hugo Chavez. They have elected his chosen successor Nicolas Maduro as the new president. But the race was so tight, that the opposition candidate, Henrique Capriles is demanding a recount. Al Jazeera's Lucia Newman reports from Caracas.
