At least 24 people have been killed in clashes in Bangladesh on Monday alone after thousands took to the streets on Sunday to demand anti-blasphemy laws. br The clashes between police and protesters are becoming a battle for identity though. br However, while the clashes have pitted the secular-led government against religious-inspired protesters, there are other issues at play, too.br Al Jazeera's Mereana Hond reports.
