STORY: Parisians laid flowers and candles at the scene of a deadly attack on weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo's headquarters on Wednesday (January 7) to mourn the 12 victims killed.

Mourners left candles and flowers to pay homage to the satirists who were killed in the attack.

At least 12 people died when gunmen opened fire on employees of the magazine which is known for lampooning political and religious figures.

Police are staging a huge manhunt for the attackers who escaped after shooting dead some of France's top cartoonists, as well as two police officers.
