Dharmendra tells inspector about Asha Parekh. Asha Parekh receives a letter from Dharmendra in which he invites her to meet him at Timli Forest Estate. Dharmendra takes her on a forest sight seeing in his jeep. An Elephant attacks their vehicle but both of them escape the elephant's rampage.

A man named Naresh (Ramesh Rao) is murdered and all the related evidences are tampered at the crime scene, which makes Manager Ajay Singh (Dharmendra) restless. He tries to find out but without evidence, it becomes more difficult to trace the criminal. Police Inspector Rai (Sanjeev Kumar) takes up the case as Ajay informs the police about it. In this journey of finding the murderer of Naresh, Ajay meets a girl named Kiran (Asha Parekh), who becomes a turning point in his life. She is having some important evidence regarding this case but the case takes a mysterious turn.
