Hey guyss! So todays video is finally the long awaited workout routine! Ive been working on this video for a while, so I really hope you like it!! Let me know if theres anything else workout related you want to see :)\r

Full workout:\r
Warm up \r
3x10 Squat Lunge Jumps\r
3x10 Bicep curls \r
3x10 Chair lunges\r
3x10 Chair hip dips\r
3x15 side to side donkey kicks\r
3x15 Fire hydrants \r
3x10 push ups\r
3x10 Dumbbell fly\r
Triset: crunches, crunches with leg lifts, bicycle crunches - 15 each and as many sets as you want\r
Fourset: Leg lifts x 15, alternating leg lifts x 20, flutter kicks x30 , scissor kicks x 30 - as many sets as you want\r
Triset: Around the worlds x10, toe touches x20, spider crunches x20 - as many sets as you want\r
45 second side planks \r
1 min plank\r

Its a long workout so if you want to make it shorter cut out the donkey kicks, fire hydrants, dumbbell flys and one of the trisets and youll still get a good workout!!\r
