In this newof Playmobil General Hospital, the staff have to perform emergency surgery on a Playmobil childs burst appendix under difficult circumstances!\r

Shantelle and Horatio are still shaken up from the giant earthquake in the last , when Horatio suddenly wonders about Esme and Konrad Batterton, the couple who gave birth to Playmobil twins in the aftermath of the earthquake, only to find out that their house had tragically burned down in an electrical fire. Shantelle reassures Horatio that the Battertons have been placed with an excellent family, but the Battertons hosts might not be as hospitable as Shantelle hopes. \r

Suddenly, Tatjana runs into the Playmobil Hospitals break room - a young boy named Jamie has been brought in with symptoms of appendicitis! Horatio and Shantelle rush to examine Jamie and prep him for surgery, when suddenly, Horatio is taken ill! Horatio faints and collapses on the floor, unconscious. Shantelle wants to rush to help him, but she has to focus on her patient, Jamie! Tatjana helps Horatio get medical attention, while the new surgeon on the ward, Luke Graves, steps in to help out. \r

Luke Graves isnt a new face to Shantelle - they ually had a previous relationship. Shantelle isnt exly happy to see Luke Graves - hes an unusual charer. After the successful appendectomy to remove Jamies ruptured appendix, Shantelle goes to visit Horatio. She is relieved to find that hes conscious, but doesnt understand what happened to him. Shantelle is forced to admit that she does know Luke Graves, and that he might be bad news. \r
