This homemade Chocolate Pudding is a cinch to make and is perfect with whipped cream and both only require a few ingredients:milk, cream, eggs/egg yolks, cornstarch, vanilla extr, sugar, semil sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder and I always add salt. Even if you usually make vanilla pudding for dessert, youll love this pudding recipe! You can use it to make pudding pie or pudding cake or anything that youd use a pudding recipe for. I prefer to use Ghirardelli Chocolate and Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder,because the rich flavor is comparable to more expensive brands and its always available in the grocery store. Id really like to try it with some Godiva Chocolate. Ive used Hersheys chocolate before too, but its not quite as rich.
