Today's recipe is Tasty Lebanese Kebabs.

Ingredients:
2~3 tbsp Cooking Oil,
250 Ground Beef,
1 cup Boiled Potatoes,
½ cup Boiled Peas,
1½ cup Boiled Noodles,
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic (minced),
2 Green Chilies (chopped),
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Black Pepper (grounded),
Dry flour, Egg & bread crumbs for coating.
Oil for frying.

Method:
- Turn on the flame & fry the ground beef in 2~3 tbsp oil for 6 minutes.
- Let the mince cools down after frying.
- Add boiled potatoes, peas in a bowl & mash.
- Add Boiled Noodles, Ginger Garlic, green chili, salt & black pepper.
- Mix & shape to your choice.
- Coat in dry flour, dip in egg & roll in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry until golden.
- Our Lebanese Kebabs are ready.
