AZAADI BLOOD DONATION CAMP ORGANIZED AT SSU HEADQUARTERS; A LARGE NUMBER OF PERSONNEL DONATED BLOOD

A large number of officers and personnel of the Security and Emergency Services Division voluntarily donated blood for needy patients suffering from various diseases at a blood donation camp set up in the Special Security Unit Headquarters on the occasion of Independence Day.

Under the directives of DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed the Azaadi Blood Donation Camp was setup in collaboration with Muhammadi Blood Bank.

DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmed also visited the camp and underwent a blood screening test. He while addressing the personnel said that the security of Sindh Police is not only restricted to maintaining law & order only but also taking part in public service activities to save precious lives.

He added that the donation of blood by the personnel and officials in such a large number is worth appreciable.
