For more on North Korea: https://sc.mp/7osk North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has visited key munitions factories which produce tactical missiles, missile launch platforms, armoured vehicles and artillery shells. State media KCNA said August 14, 2023, that Kim ordered a boost in the production of weapons ahead of the annual military drills held by the US and South Korea. Pyongyang sees the drills as a rehearsal for war. Kim also visited areas recently hit by Tropical Storm Khanun.
