I am being evicted from my apartment and had to find a place quickly I found one for $100 over what I was wanting to pay. Anyways, I can handle the payments just fine if I give up my car that I know I can't afford. Actually works out to be about the same as my rent is going to be. I just filed for bankruptcy and I have to make this desicison before december 27th before my bankruptcy goes through. I am behind on my payments but I am about to get a bonus for about $1000 and I am going to have my other car payment too so that is $1500 to buy a car. I can't get a loan because of my bankruptcy and I need a reliable car, If I get rid of this car I won't have a reliable car. What would you do? See my mother inlaw keeps trying to talk me into keeping the car. She is very sweet and has helped us immensly! I was just wondering what others would do. I would be able to keep the car just fine, it would just be a streatch. -
