Cooper Tires USF2000 2016 Championship Class race at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, previously known as Mosport.

Continuing my North American tracks journey, we move across the border into Canada for this 15 lap race in the USF2000 open wheelers.

I qualified reasonably well in fifth place and the race was shaping up to be a pretty close fought affair with barely a second separating the entire field. As it turned out, I spent the majority of the race trying to catch the leader, marooned in a bubble of my own.

Mosport is a fun and challenging track with great elevation changes and some severe camber in places. This is the post 2013 layout of the circuit and my first race experience of the track - at least in a very long time and certainly on this RF2 2 mod version.
