You died to helicopter blades on your first day on the job.

During your first visit in your apartment in Prey, right at the beginning of the game make your way to the roof. A helicopter waits there for you. In order to get the No Show Achievement / Trophy, you have to jump into the blades.

Go to the front of the helicopter, jump on the nose and jump again. That's it for Morgan's first day and you earned your first Achievement / Trophy in Prey.
