Please note, I have been informed that technically the 30m water resistant definition has changed such that you should be able to swim to a depth of 30m with such a watch. This new standard is referred to as ISO 22810:new. However, I believe that many manufurers, especially those based in China, are still following the old ISO 2281 standard. So you should check your item to see which ISO standard your watch or item meets.\r
