Ive finally ticked this off my bucket list. And it honestly feels so great. I hope you find some sort of entertainment out of this video. But most of all I hope this video inspires you in many ways. To let your light shine, to realise that society doesnt need to rule your life. Nor do the opinions of others. I want to encourage you to look beyond the 5 layers of subcutaneous tissue we have, to the very core. To acknowledge that outward beauty is very special but at the same time fleeting and what really counts is the inner beauty. And your self worth isnt determined by whats on the outside. I want to raise awareness for the many who are suffering and invite you to make a difference in the precious lives of humanity. I want to shave away some stereotypes we have in society. Already walking around as a woman with a shaved head, I get many strange and shocking glances from people. I laugh to myself. But behind my laughter is concern. These shocking glances could be due to many reasons. Resting bitch face, resting shock face, or the f that a woman is bearing her bare skin and skull to the world, its different, you dont see many women like this. Does she have cancer? Is she a lesbian? Has she been experiencing a crisis or trauma? Is she some ninja or spiritual leader? No. Im just a woman. Created to emanate love and light, be nurturing and creative, make my own choices, pursue dreams, climb mountains, be compassionate, live a healthy lifestyle, have fun, laugh, have frustrations, have imperfections.. Last time I checked im still a female. Why dont we question men that choose to shave their heads? Why dont we stare and make assumptions? Hair is hair. It grows and it grows till you cut it. Then it grows some more. My friends, be real. Be you. Your body is your own, not the worlds. I decided it would be fun to do as many hairstyles as I could before I shaved all of my hair off.
