== INGREDIENTS ==\r

- 1 artichoke :)\r

== RECIPE ==\r

1. Bring a big pot of water to the boil\r
2. Add some salt\r
3. Boil the artichoke for at least 30 minutes\r
4. When its done, remove the stem\r
5. Peel the leaves outwards untill you come to the core\r
6. Remove the core leaves and the stringy part\r
7. Serve with some dressing\r
8. And its done done done!!\r
