7. Secret Nazi Hideout\r
Argentina seems like the last possible place for Nazis to hide out at during the end of war considering how far it is from Germany. This strange hideout proves that fleeing war criminals were able to hide out in the northern remote jungles of Argentina . Groups of stones were piled together where piles of German coins found. Archaeologists suspect that these ruins by supporters of the Nazis on one of them could have housed Hitlers right hand man Martin Bormann, who was a prominent figure of the Third Reich. Broken porcelain cups like this one were found that still have the mark ‘made in Germany” stamped on them. Its believed that as many as 5000 war criminals fled to Argentina while others made it safely to Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. Is there anyone else who could have faked their death and made it here safely?\r

6. Solar Halos\r
You wont find a pot of gold in the rainbows in these photo. Mostly because the rainbows are circular. Solar rainbow halos like you see in this photo, can sometimes be spotted in the Peruvian rainforest and is a spectacular natural phenomenon! These halos can be created by the refrion of the sun and when the suns light reflects off ice crystals that are high up in the earths atmosphere. \r

5. Biggest Seeds in the World\r
The Coco de Mer is a giant plant and it produces the worlds largest seeds of any plant. The massive trunk can measure up to 100 feet high with leaf blades that measure about 15 feet long. These are known to grow in the Seychelles Rainforests which is located in the Indian ocean. In this photo you see a man holding on to a few of these massive seeds! They can measure 20 inches in diameter and weigh an astonishing 30 to 60 pounds each! The bizarre nickname, coco de fesse was given by the French was given, which basically translates to buttcheek coco. Which you can kind of notice from the shape of the seed. When it was first discovered in the mid 18th century, sailors thought it belonged to a mythical tree that ually grew at the bottom of the ocean, or some ones butt floating \r

4. Jesus Lizard\r
Would you believe theres ually a lizard that walks or even run on water? These lizards weigh only a few grams but can scurry across about 5 feet of water per second. Its not from divine intervention but its still pretty mysterious. Ancient people who lived in central America found it to be ually evil! The air pockets created from their fast speed and unique feet pushes the lizard back up to make it appear as though it can run across the water. \r

3. Jabuticaba\r
This strange looking fruit is found in the Amazon, like many things on this list and is referred to as the Brazilian Grapetree. Its often found in states south of Sao Paulo as well as in Paraguay and Argentina It has purplish-black fruit that strangely grows up the trunk like you see in this photo. Fruit growing on the trunk is extremely rare and only seems to happen in the rainforest. The fruits are not poisonous and enjoyed by Brazilians in jelly, juice and wine. Many rave about the antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties that come with this miracle fruit. \r

2. Chicken Church\r
Youll never believe some things that are found in the middle of the rainforest! No this isnt the Churches Chicken headquarters This building here lies deep within the Indonesian rainforest miles away from civilization. This bizarre abandoned structure attrs many curious travellers who rightfully intrigued by this building. The designer, Daniel Alamsjah, claims its neither chicken nor a church… So what on earth is it?! He claims he received a divine message from god to build a prayer house in the form of a dove. The building is still unfinished and visitors need to be careful since the building is quite unstable. Some rooms were build to rehabilitate addicts. Walls have been relentlessly graffitied and it seems as though the building didnt fulfill the purpose that Daniel was hoping for. Needless to say this guy had a pretty crazy vision.\r

1. Lost Mayan Cities\r
While your high school kid cant seem to pass history class, this 15 year old kid here is making remarkable discoveries. A lost Mayan City was uncovered by a Canadian schoolboy in 2016 using a combination of satellite images and astronomical constellations. He knew that Mayans were experts in astronomy and often built structures in order to match the stars in the sky. He then went on to google maps and noticed this structure, he believed was a lost temple! And he was dead on.
