Today we learn how to make Kaddu ka Halwa
Bottle Gourd Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
1~1¼ kg grated Bottle Gourd,
750 ml Milk,
1 cup Sugar,
½ cup Desi Ghee,
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder,
¼ cup Milk Powder,
2 tbsp chopped Almonds,
½ cup Coconut,

Method:
- Turn on flame & add grated bottle gourd & milk to the pan.
- Cover & cook for 5~7 minutes at medium flame.
- Now add sugar.
- & cook it for about 15~20 minutes until all the liquid dries out.
- Now add ghee & cardamom powder.
- Give it a good fry.
- Add milk powder, almonds & coconut.
- Give it a mix & keep on flame for a couple of minutes.
- After few minutes, turn off flame & serve.
- Delicious Kaddu ka halwa is ready.
